Our Artisanal Doughnuts

Here’s what we can all agree on about doughnuts: They’re delicious; the perfect morning coffee companion. It really is no surprise that people all over the world consider them their favorite treat. And we’re no exception here at The Glass Knife.  We are crazy about them and are excited to share our distinct, chef-made favorites with you!

As with all our offerings, we hand-craft from scratch in small batches using nothing but the highest quality ingredients. The dough, glazes, jams and fillings are chef-made, in-house, each day. The result is the freshest, most flavorful doughnuts around.

The chewy goodness of our puffy, 24-hour-raised Brioche doughnut filled with tangy lemon curd filling? Yes, please! A crumbly and dense, orange-scented cake doughnut with a pistachio glaze – or how about a blueberry-infused cake touched with a hibiscus glaze and nut streusel? But of course!

With more than 8 hand-picked flavor profiles and combinations, the decision may be too difficult. It’s probably best that you try one of each.

Once you’ve had a taste of one of our artisanal doughnuts, no ordinary doughnut will do. These morning goodies are in a league of their own and we’ll be adding new flavors often. So, stop in and pair one with a cup of our freshly brewed Onyx coffee or pick up a dozen to take to work. Your office will thank you.
