Cash-free. Credit cards and other methods like digital wallets are accepted. No minimum spend is required. Splitting checks is possible upon request prior to ordering during your visit.

Your reservation is outdoors, so please plan accordingly (especially in warmer seasons). Our patio is fully covered and features multiple sunshades, fans and heaters. Interior seating options are not available for Large Parties.

We warmly welcome personal decorations to help make your event uniquely yours, as long as they complement the aesthetic and atmosphere of our space. Our team is happy to offer guidance to ensure everything feels cohesive and tasteful.

Our full menu scheduled at the time of your visit is available; We do not require, nor create, a pre-set menu. Our full menu, including savory offerings, are available from 8am to 7pm daily (Brunch ends Sat & Sun at 4pm); After 7pm our menu includes cakes, pastries, desserts, drinks and coffees only.

Our patio table seats around 6–14 guests, this also includes both children and highchairs. To maintain service standards, parties over 14 cannot be accommodated and will forfeit their booking. Large Party Reservations are limited to a two-hour time period.

A credit card will be required to confirm your Party Reservation. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged ONLY in the case of no-show or a cancelation less than 24 hours in advance.

For cakes currently available on our online ordering page, you can request a personalized message (space permitting) on a handwritten chocolate banner as part of the check-out process. We do request that our Guests celebrate with respectful messages.

No. Neither outside food nor drink are permitted in our establishment; You may not bring any outside food or beverage in with you. We offer a comprehensive selection of cakes, pastries and specialty desserts, plus savory items, coffees, teas and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The Glass Knife is not a gluten-free establishment, meaning our gluten-friendly selections are made in the same kitchen as our regular baked items. However, we DO make gluten-friendly products, and we do our best to prevent cross-contamination.

Our most frequently made gluten-friendly selections include our Chocolate Onyx Pastry, our Oatmeal Cream Pies and many of our macaron options. This also includes our Chocolate Truffle Signature Cake as well as select Classic Cakes (with advance, pre-order notice)

We offer one Vegan donut option as part of our daily selection each morning. We do not have any sugar-free nor dairy-free options at this time.

As for our savory items, all of our salads can be requested as gluten-friendly and all of our sandwiches can be requested on a bed of greens rather than bread.
