Our Classic Cakes are 8” rounds and serve approximately 10-12 people. Our Signature Cakes are 8” round and serve approximately 8-10 people.

We have carefully crafted our own unique selection and aesthetic of cakes and do not create custom flavors nor styles. However, we welcome personalized messaging (space permitting) on a chocolate plaque. We do request that our guests celebrate with respectful messages.

Of course! We recognize you may have a celebration that does not call for one of our beautiful holiday-themed cake designs. Upon ordering, specifically request the ‘non-holiday’ design.  We do request a 3-day lead time on all cake pre-orders – we can be reached at 407.500.CAKE

Unfortunately, we cannot ship our cakes nor our baked goods.

Doughnut Questions

Of course! If you are interested in pre-ordering three (3) dozen (or more) doughnuts, please give us a call at 407.500.CAKE. We do request 3 days advance notice on all doughnut orders of 3 dozen or more. Full payment is required when you place your advance doughnut order.

For orders less than three (3) dozen, please visit our shop to pick those up.  We open at 7am daily, 7 days a week, and recommend coming by before 10am for the most complete flavor selection!

General Questions

No. Neither outside food nor drink are permitted our establishment. We offer a comprehensive selection of cakes, pastries and specialty desserts, plus savory items, coffees, teas and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Should a member of your party need specific accommodation for allergies, please call us at 407.500.CAKE for consideration in advance of your visit.

Our cafe seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

However, if you have a group with a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 10 guests, you can book our group-sized table located on our covered, outdoor patio for a two-hour time period. For inquires and to make a booking request, please send an email to: [email protected]

We feature select items in our convenient “Grab-and-Go” case. In addition, savory items – such as sandwiches, soups, salads and flatbreads – are also available for take-away. To-go orders must be placed, in person, at the counter.  Each selection is freshly prepared for you upon placing your order, so phone-in pre-orders are not accepted for savory items. (Please note: Our Chicken Pot Pie is available for dine-in only).

Our doughnuts, cakes, pastries and daily baked goods and coffee are also available to take away and may be pre-ordered based on quantity minimums. Please visit our Orders page for details.

The Glass Knife is not a gluten-free establishment, meaning our gluten-friendly baked goods are made in the same kitchen as our regular baked goods. However, we DO make gluten-friendly products, and we do our best to prevent cross-contamination.

Our most frequently made gluten-friendly baked items include our Chocolate Truffle Signature Cake (available as a whole cake), our Chocolate Onyx Pastry, our Chocolate Chocolate cookie and many of our macaron options. We do not have any sugar-free items at this time.

As for our savory items, all of our salads can be requested as gluten-friendly and all of our sandwiches can be requested on a bed of greens rather than bread.

Generally speaking, we only donate to non-profit organizations and local institutions. If you are interested in receiving donated items for your charitable event, please send an email to [email protected] List your event’s date, time, location, and suggested product donation. Due to the volume of requests, we appreciate your patience in our response time.

Absolutely! Friendly and well-mannered pets are always welcome on our covered, outdoor patio. We kindly request that your four-legged friend is on a leash during their visit.
