Roasted butternut squash, candied pecans, dried cranberries, red onion, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and fresh green apples on a bed of spinach with roasted walnut vinaigrette on the side.

Berry Bacon Spinach Salad

Neuske’s applewood-smoked bacon, fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, toasted pine nuts and feta cheese on a bed of baby spinach with garlic herb crisps and warm bacon Dijon vinaigrette on the side.

Salmon Nicoise Salad

Smoked salmon, new potatoes, green beans, olives, capers, hard-boiled Orlando Farms pasture-raised egg served on arugula with local honey dijon vinaigrette on the side.

Roasted Tomato Cheese Soup

Creamy tomato bisque soup, garnished with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley served with sourdough bread.
