Poached Orlando Farms pasture-raised egg, sliced avocado, house-made tomato confit, arugula and pickled red onion garnished with lemon crème fraiche on toasted bread.

Cheddar Biscuit Sandwich

Egg soufflé topped with bacon jam, Neuske’s Applewood-smoked bacon, arugula and aged cheddar cheese on our flaky, house-made cheddar biscuit.

Overnight Oats

Bob’s Red Mill rolled oats soaked in milk, Greek yogurt and local honey topped with dried blueberries, fresh banana and our house-made granola.

A selection of fresh berries, oranges, apples and grapes tossed with dried cherries and cranberries.

Spinach Mushroom Quiche

Served warm, a flaky pastry crust filled with eggs, gruyere cheese, seasoned mushrooms, onions, arugula and spinach. Served with a side salad of arugula tossed with local honey Dijon vinaigrette and cherry tomatoes.

Biscuits and Gravy

Warm, house-made cheddar biscuit topped with creamy sausage and bacon gravy, finished with sautéed peppers, poached egg, scallions, and smoked salt. Served with a fresh cucumber and tomato salad.

Fluffernutter Waffles

A traditional, chewy, yeast-risen Belgian peanut butter waffle topped with a fluffy house-made marshmallow, chocolate and hazelnut cream, caramelized banana sauce and garnished with vanilla whipped cream, praline pecans and shaved chocolate.

Acai Bowl

Acai blend mixed with fresh bananas and topped with granola, peanut butter, fresh seasonal berries, sliced banana, cocoa nib, toasted coconut and drizzled with honey.

Forager Salad

Roasted cauliflower and asparagus, marinated mushrooms, tri-color quinoa, shaved pickled brussel sprouts, raspberries and toasted chickpeas, served on a bed of spinach and arugula with a soy ginger dressing.

Roasted Turkey Club Sandwich

Roasted, sliced turkey breast on a fresh-baked pretzel roll topped with aged cheddar cheese, Neuske’s Applewood-smoked bacon, vine-ripe tomatoes, arugula, peppercorn aioli and honey Dijon mustard.

Berry Bacon Spinach Salad

Neuske’s applewood-smoked bacon, fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, toasted pine nuts and feta cheese on a bed of baby spinach with garlic herb crisps and warm bacon Dijon vinaigrette on the side.
